Woodruff-flavoured Jelly

It wibbles, it wobbles, and every kid loves it – our delicious jelly. This tasty dessert is a real treat. This wobbly green favourite with its beloved woodruff flavour is a real highlight, especially at kids’ birthday parties. Add a few gummy sweets to the mix as it cools to put smiles on their little faces.

What else you’ll need

Per sachet:

• 500 ml (1/2 l) water
• 75-100 g sugar (3-4 heaped tbsp)

Preparation

1. Put the contents of one sachet and the desired amount of sugar in a bowl.
2. Bring 500 ml water to the boil (e.g. in a kettle) and pour over the powder. Mix with a whisk until the powder and sugar have dissolved entirely.
3. Decant the jelly into a glass bowl or individual glasses and leave to chill in the fridge for several hours (e.g. overnight).
4. To turn out, loosen the jelly from the edge with a knife and briefly place the bowl in hot water.
