But the base is also crucial when it comes to making the perfect pizza. It has to be lovely and crispy on the bottom and nice and soft inside. The crust, whether thick or thin, should be light and airy.
There are so many pizza recipes around that it’s very hard to find the right one. With our dough mix, the dough rises exceptionally well in the oven. The tasty pizza sauce is already included in the pack, too. All you need to do is top the pizza with your favourite ingredients.

Yeast: dry yeast, emulsifier E 491.
