Good news – our organic sourdough extract means everyone can make a great rye bread with sourdough. Our sourdough extract isn’t just easy to use. The sourdough bakes much more quickly as produce the same quality of bread without taking days to get started. All of the ingredients in our organic products come from certified controlled organic farming.
How to use:
One sachet of our organic sourdough extract is enough for 500 g flour and 2 packs of our organic yeast.
