What better way to add the crowning glory to your cake than with a delicious chocolate glaze! It is so easy to add a gleaming and delicious highlight to your creations with our organic couverture chips. The chips are much easier to melt than block or tablet chocolate and can be portioned as required.
Our couverture chips have a high percentage of cocoa (at least 70%) giving them a remarkably rich, chocolatey flavour. We only use raw materials from controlled organic farming and use raw cane sugar instead of classic white sugar. The chips are also vegan and gluten-free – ideal for decorating and glazing biscuits, cakes and other bakes.
