Milk Chocolate Cake Glaze

The crowning glory of your bake – our milk chocolate cake glaze adds a sparkling and delicious highlight to your creations. With an extra helping of milk, the chocolate coating is literally the icing on your cake.

It’s easy to make the glaze with its handy tub using a water bath or microwave. The glaze is gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats.

Preparation

To make in the water bath:

  1. take out the desired amount of glaze, put in a cup or glass bowl and dissolve in the water bath. Apply the liquid glaze to the bake with the spoon or a brush.
  2. The glaze can also be heated directly in the beaker.

Note: make sure no water ends up in the glaze!

To make in the microwave:

  1. remove the lid and put the beaker in the microwave. Heat on low power (no more than 240 watts) for 3 – 4 minutes until the glaze is liquid.
  2. Heat again in the microwave if necessary. Stir occasionally.

Note: Heating on too high a setting or for too long may affect the quality of the glaze.
