Make your own Marshmallow Cream

Preparation

1. Rinse a tall mixing vessel with hot water so that it is free of grease. Pour the boiling water into the rinsed mixing vessel, immediately add the contents of the bag and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest speed.Then whip on high speed with plenty of stirring until stiff, about 3 minutes.
2. The cream should be piped on just before serving and eaten as fresh as possible.
3. The cream is enough for 12 cupcakes and can also be used as a filling for whoopies, waffles, cups or as a spread.
