With our Favourite Breads, everyone can easily bake their own nutritious, healthy bread – that tastes great, too.
Baking bread without flour
We don’t use any flour in our Favourite Breads. Instead, we use strong, earthy ingredients. Wholegrain oats, linseeds and sunflower seeds are the basis of our favourite breads. So our Favourite Bread is packed full of power. Just one slice in the morning has enough energy to get you going again. What about gluten? Our bread is vegan and gluten-free for gluten-free bread baking.
Baking bread without yeast
You don’t need yeast to bake bread – our Favourite Bread is proof of that, as we’ve opted out of using yeast altogether. That means our bread doesn’t have to rest or rise, making the baking process much simpler. So you can bake bread yourself quickly and easily.
Baking bread made simple
The preparation couldn’t be easier, either: Simply add hot water to our favourite bread, leave to soak, then slide it into the oven in a baking tray. Baking bread can really be that simple.
You still need:
gluten-free rolled oats (51 %), linseeds, sunflower seeds, fava bean protein (8,0 %), apple fibre, sea salt.
