It’s incredibly easy to use and has an intensely chocolatey taste thanks to its 35% cocoa content. Ideal for decorating and glazing biscuits, cakes and other bakes. It’s easy to make the glaze with its handy pouch using a water bath or microwave. The glaze is gluten-free and free from hydrogenated fats.
