Butter Spritz Biscuits

Butter Spritz Biscuits are a Christmas classic – and so is our baking mix. The fine buttery flavour and soft crumb are what make these biscuits so beloved. Ready in just a few easy steps, it makes enough for two baking sheets.

You’ll also need:

• 250 g soft butter
• 2 eggs (medium)

Preparation

Prepare the dough

1. Put the butter and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix until creamy with an electric hand mixer (whisk). Add the baking mix and quickly mix into a dough.

To bake

1. Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle or dough press with the dough. Squeeze little biscuits as desired onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven. The baking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the biscuits.

Decorate:

1. Once cooled, decorate the cookies with RUF Cake Glaze and RUF decorations.
