Bake-proof Vanilla Pastry Cream

We love cream pies. Whether it’s buttercream, cheesecake cream or pastry cream. But pastry cream inspires childhood memories: summertime and coffee with strawberry tarts. A simple tray bake, with pastry cream and fruity strawberries on top. Delicious!

With our bake-proof pastry cream, you can whip up this strawberry classic more quickly and easily – the pastry cream can be mixed with milk in an instant and prepared without cooking. It’s also an ideal filling for all other fruit tarts or small bakes such as bee sting cake.

  • 250 ml (1/4 l) milk (1.5% fat)

Preparation

1. Pour 250 ml (1/4 l) milk into a mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and beat with a whisk for 1 minute.
2. Use cream immediately.
